Categories of Information ( Important)

To reduce the cost of sending short message of your leader, categories of information is introduced as following:

Categories of information and methods of delivering information:

Important and Urgent (IU) : by sending message, blog and email
Important but Not Urgent (INU) : by blog and email only
Casual and Sharing (CS) : by email only

Explanation of categories:

Important and Urgent means information that need to be reached to everyone and action is needed to be taken by all of us within a week. For example, need to register for certain things in a week.

Important but Not Urgent means information that need to be known by all of us but action need to be taken after a week or more. For example, the release of our result in SMP. We can check the result after a week or more also does not matter. Hence it is considered Important but Not Urgent.

Casual and Sharing is information that wanted to be shared among all of us. For example, I shared my experience of My First Week of LI on this blog.

Hope by introducing these categories of information, the FoodStep system will work better and favor all people. Besides, by introducing these categories of information, we all need to update ourselves regularly (at least once in a week) by visiting the foodstep06.blogspot.com and checking your email at least once o week.

All the Best and Seize the Day!
